  In a society where there are fast food restaurants and unhealthy consumables everywhere, it is hard to keep healthy. So in this guide, you will learn, how to keep healthy in a nutshell.

  By the trending of the substance called, fast food, our healthy living has been compromised. By 2020 every other american will be obese. There are few simple reasons for this. Not enough exercise, too much time in front of the screen and unhealthy food. Americans eat nearly 50 billion burgers per year. Horrific right?

  So, keep your hands away from fast food. 

  Also, remember to get enough sleep. If you sleep 6 hours a day on average, something has to be done. Teenager should get around eight to nine hours of sleep. When you sleep your muscles and mind gather energy for the upcoming day.

  Have enough exercise! If you have the option to choose from bus or a bike, take the bike. Biking is excellent exercise for your body and mind. Also you can get from place A to place B really fast.

  Also things like cigarettes are a killer for your health. Did you know that if you smoke one pack of cigarettes a day for 50 years, you would have to pay about 90 000 $.
